We know plans can shift, and we always want to make things as easy as possible for you.

If you need to cancel your booking, you’ll receive a full refund as long as we’re notified at least 7 days before your scheduled meeting.

Because we reserve the space exclusively for your group, cancellations made within 7 days of your booking aren’t eligible for a refund. That said, we’re more than happy to help you reschedule your meeting to another available date.
