We know plans can shift, and we always want to make things as easy as possible for you.

If you need to cancel your booking, you’ll receive a full refund as long as we’re notified at least 14 days before your scheduled meeting.

Because we reserve the space exclusively for your group, cancellations made within 14 days of your booking aren’t eligible for a refund. That said, we’re more than happy to help you reschedule your meeting to another available date.
