What is your cancellation/reschedule policy?
We try to be as flexible as possible for our guests.
That is why we allow parties to cancel 7 days prior to their booking with a full refund. After 7 days, you are committed to using the space. But don't worry! We will always work with you to reschedule a meeting if you need to.
To reschedule a meeting you just need to let us know at least 24 hour prior to the start of your reservation.
Can we leave our stuff over night?
Yes! If you find yourselves booking a multiday meeting you can absolutely leave anything you want in the space overnight.
Just let us know if you plan on doing this and we will help secure your belongings.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes! You can bring whatever food and drinks you need to make your meeting successful. We offer all accessories and tools needed for you to cater any food you want during you meeting. (Cups, plates, forks, etc.)
